On the weekend of 15-16 February 2025, the Stallion Show took place for the fourth time at Haflinger Unterwirt in San Genesio/Jenesien. Against a spectacular background, a total of 19 Haflinger stallions from all over South Tyrol were presented on Saturday, some also under saddle.

As a prelude to the breeding season, the Unterwirt Stallion Show is intended to give South Tyrolean Haflinger breeders the opportunity to advertise, inspect and compare both newly licensed young stallions and older, already well-known stallions - and to take a first look at the 1.5-year-old stallion licensing candidates for 2026.

Even non-professionally interested spectators got their money's worth - both at the stallion presentation on Saturday and at the sales horse and young stallion show on Sunday.

The date for next year's Unterwirt Stallion Show has already been set: two weeks after the 2026 Italian National Selection of Haflinger Colts.
